We have some new course changes for 2017 to give you an improved racing and spectating experience! More details will be posted once permits have been issued. The 2017 schedule will be:

Day 1 includes;

16km trail run, 10km kayak, 40km cycle, 20km MTB,

Day 2 includes;

10km kayak, 40km cycle, 19km MTB, 9.5km trail run
