KOOEE! on Board for 2017

We are excited to have KOOEE! Beef Jerky as a Gold Sponsor of the 2017 Freycinet Challenge. Together, we will make sure that all event participants and volunteers have access to delicious high-protein snacks.

Co-founder Andy Fist is passionate about the Tasmanian wilderness, and, as a regular visitor to the East Coast, about the Freycinet Peninsula in particular, “Freycinet is one of Australia’s best destinations. Not only is it beautiful, there’s also so much to see and do. In one day you can climb Mount Amos, have world-class seafood at the Marine Farm, swim at the Friendly Beaches, and have a pinot at a local vineyard. It’s magic.”

His love of the outdoors shows through in KOOEE!’s products. KOOEE! will be bringing their “Smoked Chipotle” beef jerky to this year’s Challenge. The packaging boasts beautiful illustrations of the race area, and its great flavor and high protein content makes it the perfect snack after a hard day on the course.

KOOEE! beef jerky is made locally in Launceston from grass-fed Cape Grim beef, and is available at independent grocers and Dan Murphy’s retailers nationwide.
